الوصف الوظيفي
-Optimize the flower selection.
-Monitor the flowers seasonality .
-Maintain the optimum number of arrangements for each flower type and price range .
-Design creative flower arrangements for flowers category and gift bundles .
–Manage the vases and packaging selection which will be used in the flowera arrangements.
-Train florists on designing new arrangements.
-Understand customer needs and requirements through design briefs and guide the junior staff in the designs .
-Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences .
– Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners .
-Guide and assist in the conceptualization of product description and design .
-Craft technical specifications of products considering budgets and materials .
-Research materials and techniques.
-Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand.
-Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
-Produce and test product prototypes.
-Ensure products are aesthetically pleasing.
-Gather feedback from product users.
-Amend designs after feedback and work on improving the product.
-Test graphics across various media.
– Make sure all training & preparations are in place to launch new products.
-Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
-Audit guidelines and implement new products.
-Initiating, reviewing, and approving the change requests.
-Monitoring and assisting in developing changes as per the change requests.
المهارات
- .Work experience in flowers for +1 year is a MUST-
- .Fluent in English-
- .Strong communication skills-
- .Strong creative skills-
- .Good analytical and reporting skills-
- .From three to five years of Flower Designer experience-
