Objectives:

We are looking for a ” Recruitment Consultant ” to join our team in Lebanon and work remotely for our clients in the Gulf region. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing qualified candidates depending on our client’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment from identifying selection criteria, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting screening calls, planning interviews, submitting reports to clients, administering assessments/test when required, handling the offer stage etc.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Ensure that all internal systems are updated with accurate information related to candidates, job openings etc.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Able to meet strict deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business management or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in the same role in a reputable Recruitment firm or as Inhouse Recruiter.
• Very good experience in the headhunting tools.
• Experience in working for clients in the Gulf region is a must.
• Excellent communication skills.
