Major key Consideration of new resources to build an effective IT department which support to all functions across company;
- ERP Implementation & Integration Support Functions
- Automation and integration, to improve efficiency, productivity, and platforms work together
- IT User Support including Desktop & Software support , Infrastructure Support & Network Support
- Building HQ data center facilities and support cloud strategies.
- Publishing Daily MIS – Business Intelligence
- Master Database management service
- Business Analyst & Solution testing
- Monitoring , Support & Upgrade of Server / IT Security & User Data Security
- Provide ERP/ other IT Training.

- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Patience and understanding.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
