- Follow up on tenders to coordinate and finalize with the salesman in submitting tender offers
- Preparation of official letters for customers
- To assist in preparation of quotations (Manual Quotations, System Quotations, Supportive Quotations).
- Preparation of Gate pass, and Delivery Notes Office Support such as Binding, Faxing, scanning and printing
- Arranging Hotel & Flight Bookings
- Modify Orders according to customer needs based on what is informed by the salesman
- Collect and follow up on Monthly sales reports.
- Arranging the requirements for meetings & conferences
- Responsible to organize maintain Files & Records.
- Keeping track of pending invoices and their status.
- Following up with operations on delivery status for the outstanding orders and urgent deliveries or zero stock
المهارات
- Very good skills in MS-Office,
- Acceptable skills in basic computer problem solving
- Good skills in English language (Reading/Writing/Conversation)
- Excellent communication skills
