- Job title : Customer service (call center agent)
- Saudi Nationals Only
- Joining Date is( Immediate )
- Job location: Remote, working from Home ( Must be inside KSA)
- Rotational shifts ( Total 9 hours – 8 hours and 1 hour Break)
- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and 3:00pm – 12:00 am (1 hour lunch break included)
- Shift rotate twice a month.
- Days off change every 6 weeks and rotational and are consecutive
- Weekends : 2 days off ( Rotational)
- Language : Fluency in Arabic (native) and English B1 level
- Joining Date : ASAP
- Full time job

- Salary : (5000 SAR) plus Bonus plus Medical Insurance
Candidates need to have at least 1 year experience in a similar field. You have to be Fluent in English in order to be shortlisted for this position
Remote Job for Customer support/ call center
- Responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our services.
- The Call center associate will handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
