Since opening in 2012 Arkan Plaza has evolved into West Cairo’s primary commercial and social destination, offering a multitude of retail and dining outlets along with gyms, banks and offices. All radiating from its welcoming central plaza, situated in the heart of Sheikh Zayed located on the 26th of July corridor main spine, which connects the cities of Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October with the central Cairo area. Crowne Plaza West Cairo – Arkan , the 178-room new build will form part of Phase II of Arkan Plaza. The Hotel is 10 minutes away from the “new” Grand Egyptian Museum and 15 minutes from the Great Pyramids of Giza. It is also in close proximity to Cairo International Airport and will be just 10 kilometers away from Sphinx International Airport. Business and leisure travelers can get the best of both worlds with three meeting rooms and a business center along with an outdoor pool and Club Lounge . We are currently looking for a Revenue Analyst to join our amazing team.

.Responsible for optimizing the hotel revenue streams and generating index against competing hotels in the marketplace.

· Analyse and track daily the hotel performance against budget and forecast and notify the concerned parties in case of missing opportunities.

· Analyse the hotel activities/promotions and its impact on the hotel sales.

· Assist in determining the hotel pricing and sales forecast that maximize hotel inventory and capitalize on opportunities

· Understand fully hotel products and operations.

· Interact effectively with hotel colleagues especially with Sales, Catering team, Finance, Front Desk ..etc.

· Understand the competition and make recommendations to help the hotel management team respond accordingly.

· Consistently look for new ways of doing thing to overtake the competition.

· Manage, analyse, and optimize the brand website performance Manage, analyse, and optimize website performance.

· Ensure that IHG loyalty campaigns/ Bonus points are activated, track and monitor performance to guarantee maximum exposure and profitability.

· Work closely with the sales team to manage, test, and optimize GDS channels through going through all available data and ensuring maximum exposure of the hotel on GDS. Ensuring the hotel GDS campaigns are in place and monitor its effectiveness.

· Manage, audit and optimize OTAs channels through deep intense analysis, reviewing the daily demand flow, competitions rates, hotel visibility, bookings pace and price sensitivity. Ensure the hotel is at the optimum position that generate the required revenues.

Review daily rates displayed on the hotel website and on the top OTAs to guarantee right time availability is in place and reduce rate parity.

· Hold a monthly call/meeting with OTAs account managers to understand hotel’s opportunities and risks as well to understand market changes.

· Increase IHG Voice conversion by working closely with the reservation manager/IHG Voice champion. Analyse trends and IHG Voice reporting.

· Analyse monthly IHG reports (DMAAG, RMI) and recommend strategies and tactics accordingly.

· Assist in the annual budget in term of Channels mix and Geographical source mix.

· Ensure the hotel ranking and scores on all OTAs is at the optimum level.

· Ensure that content and information on all channels are up-to-date to manage guest expectations and reduce dissatisfaction.

· Facilitate the Revenue Room Meeting (which the GM chairs) and generates reports and analyses needed for these meetings.

.Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/ loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.

· Excellent knowledge of Excel.

· Frequently standing up or moving around the facility.

· Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.

· Highly motivated with exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes in work objectives, promotions, and available technologies.
