الوصف الوظيفي
1. Oversee the different stages of a company project to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan.
2. Prepare project cost estimates, evaluate contractors’ bids, and recommend the best option to the client.
3. Preparation of cost comparison sheets for Quotations received from vendors.
4. Study of tender documents as well as pre-bid points to work out the scope of work for tender jobs.
5. To assist in preparation of pre-qualification documents with respect to the client requirements.
6. Prepare Cost Estimate for various phases like Tender Packages.
7. Prepare quotations on business proposals with competitive pricing, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service.
8. Work closely with the sales team by receiving and timely processing of the orders.
9. Generating accurate estimates using various software programs.
10. Design layouts, schematics, specifications and calculations from scheme to tender design, revisions and client approval.
11. Contribute successfully to the areas of Customer Solution Design Innovation Engineering Engagement Intellectual Capital Talent Development.
12. Consults and works with customers and plan, design, install, configure, integrate and/or optimize suite of products, services to accelerate business outcomes.
13. Responsible for the implementation and execution of the Sales Action Plan to meet sales target.
14. Oversee the customer proposal process to ensuring the solution and recommendations address all customer requirements.
Prepare Initial cost estimates for the needed services such as quotations and project requirements.
