الوصف الوظيفي
- Establish the milestones required to ensure successful progression and completion and communicate those clearly to the package contractors.
- Ensure smooth workflow by collaborating with subcontractors, internal, and external teams on various project-oriented facets.
- Track technical team’s performance and suggest suitable modifications as per necessity.
- Record and implement all the instructions from the client’s team on the working site.
المهارات
- Experience in hotel construction and finishes projects preferable
- Good coordination with the clients on the basis of technical specification and employer requirements.
- A decent understanding of client-side requirements in terms of technical facets.
- Adept in implementing building and construction principles knowledge, with hands-on expertise in design, risk management, and other relevant tasks.
- Technical education in Engineering, preferable civil engineering or architecture.
- 15 years of experience on similar roles
- Fluent English
