We are looking for Senior Process Engineers to join our team located in Metito Africa Regional Headquarters in Egypt. The right candidates will be reporting to Metito Africa Process Manager and will be responsible for the preparation of technically advanced and cost-effective process designs and participate in plant commissioning and troubleshooting – as required.
Main responsibilities:
- Review client technical specifications
- Prepare/review compliance reports and compare Metito’s submitted technical offers to client technical specifications
- Prepare/review engineering documents, including process flow diagram, piping & instrumentation diagram, mass balance, detailed process design calculation, detailed hydraulic calculation, equipment sizing/selection, equipment /line/valve lists, equipment data sheets
- Prepare/review commissioning documents, including flushing procedure, equipment testing/ commissioning procedure, startup procedure, process reliability test procedure, O&M manuals
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure delivery of work according to the project schedule
- Participate in technical meetings with client/consultant to finalize technical affairs and to follow up engineering progress
- Participate in site operation/startup troubleshooting (if required)
- Carry out any other duties related to this area of expertise as assigned by Metito Africa Process Manager
- Assist, support and follow up with members of the Process team
Metito طالبين Senior Process Engineer
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in surface water/wastewater treatment
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD
- Familiar with water/wastewater treatment codes and standards
