Our client is an entity responsible for the planning and introduction of mega developments and capital projects across the Kingdom.
Description
Actively participate in the development of the department’s strategy and goals, as well as establish and drive the execution of initiatives and plans to meet them.Actively participate in the development of the department’s annual budget, estimating and determining financial and human resources requirements for concerned functionOversee the department’s day-to-day operations, recommending and driving operational improvement efforts.Refine and ensure proper documentation and implementation of all policies and procedures for the concerned department.Lead the selection, development, deployment, motivation and coaching of competent staff within the function.Implement and monitor processes and procedures to manage OPEX & CAPEX.Ensure that all OPEX & CAPEX expenses are priced & benched marked nationally and internationally.Ensure capture all saving opportunities and track it through till its completed.Review OPEX & CAPEX reports regularly to be submitted to the Center of Spending Efficiency.
Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Master’s Degree is preferred.Relevant certifications such as (Six Sigma, Kaizen).A minimum of 14 years of experience in the Operational or Construction industry with 10 years of
experience in a managerial role.Experience in managing Spending Efficiency in a reputable organization.Good understanding of analysis for OPEX & CAPEX.Deep understanding in operation excellence.
