Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs his/her duties and tasks as per Hospital Policy and Agreement on Professional Code of Conduct (GEN-GLD-002).
• Actively participates in all quality and performance improvement activities within the department/service and within the hospital as per Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan (GEN-QPS-003).
• Actively participates in all the education requirement and activities as per the Hospital Education Program (GEN-SQE-002).
• Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the scope of practice and employment contract.
• Must be having deep Knowledge for Wireless concept and having ability to Installing and Configuring Wireless Network Infrastructure including Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and Access Points (AP) with management troubleshooting skills.
• Must be having deep Knowledge for Microsoft Exchange concept and having ability to Installing and configure Microsoft Exchange server 2016 and above with Troubleshooting Skills.
• Installing and configure Microsoft SharePoint server 2013 and above with Troubleshooting Skills.
• Must be having deep Knowledge in Active Directory, Domain Controllers and Group Policy and having ability to Installing and Configuring Services under windows Domain on Windows Server 2016 and above:
• Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
• Domain Name System (DNS).
• Internet Information Service (IIS).
• Certificate Authority (CA).
• With troubleshooting skills on each service.
• Must be having deep knowledge on TCP/IP, Routing and Switching and having ability to configuring Router with Static and Dynamic routing protocols and Network Address translation-NAT… etc. And Configuring Switch with Spanning tree, Trunk/Tag and Virtual chasse … etc.
• Maintains and ensures operating capability of Local Area Network/Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) hospital network servers for optimum performance both wireless and wired are up for all hours of operation.
• Must be having Hands-on knowledge for Backup methods like Full Backup, Incremental Backup and Differential Backup and have ability to Installing and Configuring Veritas Backup EXES 2014 and above with Manage and Troubleshooting skills.
• Must be having Hands-on knowledge in Endpoint detection and respond- EDR and have ability to Installing, Configuring and upgrade Symantec End Point Protection 2014 that include Ant-virus protection software, spyware, firewall protection software with managing and troubleshooting.
• Plans and implements network security, including setting up firewalls for Endpoint, managing host security, applying Group Policy in server side and client side and regulating file permissions and Applying Security in Switches and Router like security port and accessing by SSH only.
• Documents network hardware and configurations, network system configurations, applications and licensing information.
• Oversees the day-to-day operation of Data Networks Infrastructure including hardware/software support and Maintenance.
• Logs, tracks and route all networking-related problems, requests and document resolutions into the TrackIt Modules of the department
• Develops, implements and maintains policies, procedures and associated training plans for network administration, usage and disaster recovery.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining intranet/internet and mail exchange server throughout the organization.
• Maintains work ethics by preserving the confidentiality and sensitive information encountered in the course of professional activities and personal integrity.
• Required to carry a cellular device and be on-call outside of normal work hours.
• Participates in the departmental meetings.

• Responsibilities occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines.
• Experienced working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for English Language.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently or with limited supervision.
