We’re currently looking for an Internal Communication Supervisor to join our team in Nissan Motor Egypt, Giza.
The candidate will be responsible to ensure understanding and confidence of business plans among employees inside the company, and build engagement through an integrated internal communication plan.
Responsibilities:
Indirect Communication
- Ensure employees’ understanding, confidence and engagement with the AMI (Africa, Middle east & India) region and Nissan Egypt’s business priorities through communications using channels including Employee Meetings, Newsletters etc..
- Develop new innovative channels within the company to ensure seamless & periodic communication while leveraging technology.
- Develop and lead on the delivery of effective communications plans and outputs for engagements projects/activities in line with the over-arching Corporate and Product Communications and sustainability Strategy.
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
- Ensure all activities and news are shared internally through the intranet and externally through global/regional portal.
- Develop strategy and contents for all employees meeting, town halls and annual events.
- Measure employee pulse regularly and develop strategy using the data.

Plant Communication
- Create and Issue all plant-wide communications including MD messages, Newsletters, brand promotions and activation
- Lead the delivery of plant announcements, developing messaging, drafting briefing notes, statements.
- Develop and maintain good working relations with other key stakeholders.
- Create plant related communication assets – training and safety videos, collateral, image banks etc….
- Support plant related external events like – Model SOP events, new model announcement events, VIP visits and Plant tours and school visits.
- Promote continuous improvement mindset and encourage new initiatives through Nissan problem solving techniques.
- Lead Communication committee and drive actionable insights to reach employees’ satisfaction & loyalty.
Qualifications & skills:
- 5 years of experience at least 3 years in the field of Marketing or communications on the client or agency side.
- Due to the deep involvement with stakeholders the incumbent must be fully bilingual, English and Arabic, speaking and writing.
- Strong ownership; worked on several projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to serve different audience on different levels.
- Proven ability to prioritize, work independently under minimal supervision, deal with multiple tasks/conflicting deadlines and change priorities as required.
- Proficient with MS Office applications
