Skilled in producing documents and presentations aimed at both technical and non-technical audience

Experience with a network performance / design service provider an advantage

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from one of the reputable universities
This post is opened for persons who have already Radio Planning and Optimization solid experience
▪ Setting, planning and execution for the Network strategy in terms of coverage, mobility and User perspective
▪ Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
▪ Monitoring and analyzing 3G\LTE radio Network statistics on daily basis
▪ 3G\4G Radio parameters tuning
▪ Revising Radio KPIs formulas and defining new ones when needed
▪ Handling both ways RAN Swap activities
▪ Maintain / improve all Radio performance KPIs
▪ Provision and implementation for new features
▪ Network expansion and capacity studies
▪ Deep investigations and troubleshooting experience using various tools and techniques
▪ Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details
