NOMAC wants HRBP, Business Unit – O&M

What we need:
We are currently recruiting for HRBP, Business Unit – O&M, lead the People, Culture, and Communication activities for concerned BU O&M and be the first point of contact with the relevant heads and employees for all PCC related requests and initiatives; and who will be accountable to ensure HR initiatives are designed meeting business needs and are properly deployed in their respective BU O&M.
Who will fit:
- Who has extensive years of experience in the Human resources field with a minimum of 5 years as HRBP in a complex matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, psychology, or any other related discipline
- CIPD or SHRM or any relevant certification is highly preferred
