الوصف الوظيفي

A Project Manager (PM) is fully accountable for the delivery of project with quality within time and budget. The PM lead the coordination, planning, implementation, execution and control of a project by ensuring consistency with Nudhum operations and delivery strategy, commitments and goals. The PM will also execute any other work that may be instructed to him which Nudhum Management considers reasonable and within the capabilities of the PM

1.Act as single point of contact (SPoC) with client and ensure effective executive level communication between the stakeholders.

2. Take the Ownership of the whole project lifecycle from inception to completion.

3. Develop, maintain and update the Project Management Plan and Project Execution Plan (PEP).

4. Establishes detailed scope of work in compliance with contract requirements.

5. Develop project schedule and maintain project progress updates related to project.

6. Develop and manage project cashflows in accordance with agreed budgets and or targets and to ensure that at all times the project cashflows are optimized and that the planned work aligns with the agreed cashflow.

7. Maintain Project Financial Cost records that allocates cost line items to specific budget line item.

8. Maintain Budget Vs. Actual costs records for Labor, Equipment, Material, Subcontracts and others (LEMSO), and provide report to the higher management on a monthly basis.

9. Ensure that project delivery approach is aligned with project terms and conditions, specifications and support the achievement of strategic objectives.

10. Monitoring and reporting on development, deployment, and test activities, metrics and project success criteria results.

11. Demonstrate teamwork, innovation, and excellence in a problem-solving environment.

12. Establish and maintain an effective project organization structure and skill base to meet the plans and achieve project deliverables.

13. Develop project team assignment necessary to execute the scope of work of project undertaken or other defined task.

14. Generally responsible for all project subcontractor(s) performance.

15. Delegates the authority among the project team for the execution of the project work packages, review the progress against the agreed milestones, and take necessary actions to avoid schedule slippage and budget/cost overruns.

16. Monitors the overall progress of the project and provides reports to the Management and Client as required.

17. Prepare, maintain and actively manage Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) Register. Provide management of the required reports in relation to risk management, risk impacts and risk release through the project life cycle.

18. Provide precise reports pertaining to time, cost, risk and scope to the organization higher management and the client.

19. Responsible and required to maintain, through the Project Staff, a chronological file of project history, supported by the compilation of minutes of meetings (MOM) and a daily reports with significant events affecting the project progress.

20. Prepare and submit the interim payment certificates (IPC) of the completed work in a timely manner to the client and keep following up until the payments are received.

21. Review and accurately approves all subcontractors and supplier/vendors payment certificates and forward them to the appropriate Department.

22. Responsible of all correspondences, transmittals, information requests, technical queries, project status reports.

23. Analyze the impact of Client instructions on project budget and or project timeline and take necessary measures to explore opportunities and mitigate threats.

24. Reviews all works for compliance with the contract, identify out-of-scope work requirements, and prepares change notices as required and submit it to management for review and acceptance.

25. Accountable for the project change management, including managing the preparation of change requests and extension of time (EOT), evaluating its attributes and engaging with the project stakeholders until the approval of the change request.

26. Accountable of all quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance with the project requirements.

27. Develop internal and external communication plans.

28. Develop, and manage short-term and long-term plans, Standards to attain specific objectives set by Higher management to meet business needs.

29. Develop procurement documents including Statement of Work, terms and conditions, and play key role in Subcontractors/Vendors evaluations and selection.

30. Provide the support required and assist the bidding Dept. when required.

31. Contribute to improving the organization’s capabilities by establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships.

32. Supervise and evaluate work performed by site engineers and provide approval for various processes.

33. Performing any tasks assigned by the direct manager and related to the nature of their work.

المهارات

B.S. in Engineering

Masters degree in Project Management or Engineering Management (Prefered)

HCIS understanding

Five (5) year experience in Project Management.

Arabic – English speaker

PMP Certified

Knowledge of lump sum or fixed price, cost plus and re measured contracts

Appropriate domain knowledge applicable for the project (i.e. software background for IT Projects, etc.)

Professional skills and capabilities in preparing correspondence and reports

Proven experience in people management, experience in strategic planning, proven experience in risk management and in change management.

leadership experience – direct and manage a team of varying sizes.
