NuCorp wants Senior Learning and Development Specialist
الوصف الوظيفي
- Conduct a Training Need Analysis when needed to verify employee’s actual training needs.
- Prepare training plan including budget based on conducted Training Need Analysis by covering the development area required.
- Prepare analysis report (with type of training, internal or external, providers, material, content, etc.) for learning programs with corrective action for improvement.
- Present training via eLearning or virtual classroom/webinar.
- Handle the training implementation programs (registrations, arranging a schedule with the provider, employee, and manager.).
- Handle the preparation of all necessary logistics for in-house and on-job trainings required.
- Manage all database required for recording and keeping safe all training records & documents (hard copy & soft copy).
- Prepare reporting using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established for the Learning & Development function.
- Prepare the annual training report for the relevant departments and Company management.
- Ensure the implementation of the training and development policies & procedures.
- Prepare a monthly learning article/short course for the Company newsletter, in cooperation with the Communication department.
- Discuss training courses, training methodologies, and fees with different service providers and their outcomes.
- Collect and store training materials for conducting and to be training for creating an electronic library (LMS—Learning Management System).
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies for the different departments.
- Ensure the achievement of company goals and objectives.
- Utilize training platforms and tools to onboard new hires on company strategies, workflows, and best practices.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree.
- ToT certificate is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience, 3-6 years of experience with the same title.
- Proficiency in business writing in the English Language
- Ability to comfortably interact with all levels of employees, including frontline team members through executive leadership;
- Excellent time management skills (prioritizing and follow-up);
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining momentum, and managing to project due dates;
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
- Professional certification is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills
- Adheres to industry best practices and standards when developing learning and performance solutions;
