Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes.
Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team.
Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues.
Help in extracting leads from the social media platforms and ensure cleansing data before transfer to the sales team.
Responsible of all moderation on the PHD social media platforms, respond to customers and open CRM TKT’s to concerned team when needed.
Gather customers feedback and report global issues to concerned teams.
Gather reports on the PHD SM posts engagement and advice with the ways to increase engagement.
