About the job
Platinumlist.net – the largest Events & Attractions ticketing online platform in the UAE (Dubai) and KSA, is looking for Accounting Assitant to work full time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Book of Accounts in Xero Software
- Prepares Subsidiary Ledgers
- Maintain Aging of Receivables and Ensures that AR records are kept updated and reconciled with customer balances
- Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Analyze, book & reconcile all disbursements of the company
- Preparation and submission of VAT return and refund report
- Assist with the audit needs during the audit period
- Act as document controller of the company
- Basic Administrative Tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Any other duties assigned and responsibilities assigned by Finance Manager
المهارات
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Basic Bookkeeping
- Data Entry & Basic Accounting Principles
- Basic Administrative Knowledge
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledge in Accounting Software (Xero & QuickBooks)
- Analytical, flexible and systematic at work
- Detailed and result oriented
- Self-starter and well motivated
- Can create and maintain good working relationship with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
- Can join immediately
