A Mortgage Advisor acts as an intermediary between clients and banks. He assists clients to finalize a real estate property buying process through Mortgage while making the right decisions by choosing the best banking solutions.
المهارات
- Strong understanding of banking mortgage or real estate brokerage services, terminologies, procedures, and processes.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably in a banking sector.
- Excels working under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flawless and brief communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.(both verbal and written)
- High negotiating skills
- An attested Bachelor’s degree.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance ability.
- Must-Know English
