PSDSARC wants Senior Real-time Development Engineer
الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist in system design efforts assigned to the project team.
- Software/firmware implementation based on system requirements and specifications generated by
SE/PM. - Implement Software and Firmware architecture.
- Implementation of test and validation criteria for the developed system or subsystem.
- Fully utilize development environment to develop systems and subsystems.
- Implement model-based development strategy.
- Design and implement signal and data processing toolchain on Software Defined Radios.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned milestones.
- Participate in field trials to verify conformance of developed prototype to system specifications.
- Take leading positions in project management and Systems Engineer.
- Implement software and firmware development standards.
- Experience of software and firmware implementation standards.
المهارات
- Must have electrical/computer engineering background.
- Must have good electronics circuits design/troubleshooting background.
- Must have embedded FPGAs experience, knowing Verilog/VHDL, FPGA architecture is mandatory.
- Must have had worked on some embedded Microcontrollers/Microprocessors (Atmel, PIC, ARM, TI etc.).
- Should have good expertise of simulating and prototyping designs on FPGA Kits. Knowledge of basic design
techniques, state-machines, pipelining etc is mandatory. - Should have good hands on experience of FPGA design tool chain like Xilinx ISE, EDK, or Altera Quartus.
- Must know C/C++ SoC based designs on FPGAs or Embedded Processors. A knowledge of assembly language would be a plus.
- Knowledge of PCB design softwares (Altium, Allegro etc.) and interpreting schematics is desired.
- Knowledge of embedded emulators/debuggers, embedded simulators would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Matlab based embedded code-generation tools would be a plus.
- An experience of Embedded RTOSes, Real-Time optimization of embedded software is highly desired.
- Knowledge of embedded Linux, Xilinx VIVADO Design Suite or EDK, and HLS is highly desired.
