الوصف الوظيفي

Inbound:

1.      To receive shipment pre-alert and check for documents correctness.

2.      Check invoice with respective IBDN and enter GRN in the system and issuance of credit memo in case of any sales reversals.

3.      To inform the respective operations team on any stock discrepancy

4.      Arrange for receipt of DOA/RMA materials and ship to vendor as per their approval

5.      Purchase returns in case of expiry materials/ stock rotation /damaged materials to vendors.

 

Outbound:

6.      Ensure all deliveries are being done on time accurately as per the invoice without any complaints.

7.      Ensure all serials numbers are being scanned for all deliveries by the respective warehouse team.

8.      Process sales returns with proper approval.

 

Common:

1.      Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.

2.      Plan, organize and allocate the required workers to the team managing warehouse operation.

3.      Meet the TAT for inbound as well as outbound deliveries.

4.      Maintain proper filing and storage of documents both in hard and soft copy for easy and ready reference in future.

5.      Suggestions to control warehouse operation cost by effective planning and implementation of new process.

6.      Ensure safety and security of warehouse and products by providing necessary training and educate the people in warehouse to ensure proper safety of human beings, building and materials

7.      Ensure customs and tax regulations are in place and all documents are stored in proper manner for ready reference in future.

8.      Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.

9.      Periodic stock verification

10.  Customer centric to maintain good relations with internal /external customers.

11.  Resolve problems related to transportation, WMS systems, imports or exports, customer issues and claim management(in country)

12.  Monthly and periodic MIS to management, cost effective planning and improvement in process( In country)

13.  Negotiate with suppliers to avail better cost on purchases( In country)

14.  Ensure periodic maintenance of MHE and other lifting equipments are in place(in country)

  • Excellent written and spoken in English and Arabic language
  • Preferably Saudi National

  • Presentable & Soft Spoken
