الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide overall administrative and technical management on large, complex, or multiple construction project from initiation to final acceptance by client. Responsible for leading and overseeing the project; and guide the project team, manage, monitor and control the entire project in line with the agreed specifications and complete within the approved timelines.
- Oversee and direct construction, engineering, technical and field installation of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations from initiation to completion of the project.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the contract documents
- Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP, and subordinates.
- Manage MEP procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out processes.
- May perform other duties as assigned according to the nature of the job.
المهارات
- Bachelor of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from reputable institute
- Sound technical office knowledge and previous experience similar capacity
- Strong minimum 15 years of working experience in large scale construction companies
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills and ability to manage technical data in an efficient manner
- Ability to give attention to details
