Senior Associate – Management Consulting
Lead multiple work streams and solve high complexity client problemsBe a thought partner to the client outlining innovative solutions and drive organisational changeBe efficient in building and/ or guiding the team in making high quality deliverablesInteract/ address CXO-level audience and deliver impactful presentations/ workshopsManage performance and development of Analysts and Junior Associates working on the projectBuild relationships, deliver high-impact business proposals and generate new business for the firmLead internal initiatives such as knowledge management and organisation developmentComfortable travelling and staying within Saudi Arabia and the region GCC and MENA
Profile
Senior Associate – Management Consulting
Full time Graduate or Post-GraduateProfessional Certifications (Six sigma, CFA, etc.) (considered an added advantage)Experience working for a Management ConsultancyExperience of handling and managing performance of teamsExcellent problem solving and communication skillsAdvanced Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointExpertise in one or more of: Retail/ BFSI/ HealthcareExposure to strategy development and implementation, process improvement, performance measurement digital transformation
