Job Description
Lead the engineering division of a Precast Aerated Concrete Factory.
Manage a team of 3 structural engineers, 6 draftsmen and 4 installation supervisors and 6 masons.
Supporting the sales engineers in sales presentations to promote the company building system in the Gulf market mainly Saudi Arabia.
Responsibility for Delivery of Project Design Including the following:
Conceptual / Schematic Design
Detailed Design with complete calculations and method statement, structural material specifications, Shop drawings and technical support to the execution team.
Organizing teams ,allocating resources, for various projects
Managing Technical submittals, Calculations and shop drawings.
Liaison with Clients/consultants to finalize Materials, Specifications and Design
Co-ordination with production teams to streamline the technical submittals on time.
Advising site teams for remedial measures for problems related to site issues and getting approvals.
Advising production and site teams for material specifications, temporary site structures etc.
Overlooking the calculations prepared by structural engineers.
Follow up and tracking for on time delivery of Design works.

Minimum 10 years
Experience in precast factories is an advantage.
Experience in Consultant offices is a must.
