Job Description:
1. Review bidding documents and define contractual risk areas.
2. Draft contractual correspondences.
3. Draft Subcontract Agreements and RFQ-related documents.
4. Review the performance of contracts.
5. Draft contractual claim.
6. Familiar with delay analysis and quantum cost techniques.
المهارات
Requirements:
- 5 Experience in the construction field.
- 3 years experience in the same role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Familiar with FIDIC forms of Contracts.
- Familiar with AACE & SCL Protocols.
- Able to join Immediately.
- • Able to work in Eastern Province.
