Needed Social Media Specialist for Immediate Hiring
A Digital Web Company looking for Social Media Specialist:
Responsibilities:
– Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
1- Create relevant content to reach the audience most likely to buy from you
2- Write editorial content
3- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
4- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
5- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog)
6- Compile report for management showing results (ROI)
7- Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and generating new leads
– Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
– Implement a proactive strategy for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
– Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
– Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business, and report it.
– Evaluate competitors activity online, and creates weekly reports.
– Manages Email Marketing Campaigns and creating content for it based on the targets.
– Demonstrating flexibility regarding the job role.
Requirements:
– 1-3 years of experience in social media or related field
– Excellent copy writing, editing and communication skills
– Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
– Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
– Fluency in English
– BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
