sraco wants Architecture Site Supervisor
Job Objective
Site supervisors are responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
2.1 Assist in the development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans.
2.2 Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
2.3 Identify construction approaches and risks to ensure efficiency and mitigate exposure.
2.4 Assist in soliciting and coordinating subcontractor and supplier bids for labor, material and equipment.
2.5 Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, durations, and sequencing logic.
2.6 Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
2.7 Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships.
2.8 Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with operational, and/or scheduling requirements.
2.9 Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants.
2.10 Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track.
2.11 Gather information, develop solutions, and adjust to necessary changes in work sequences.
2.12 Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier invoices against actual performance.
2.13 Assist in evaluating the legitimacy of subcontractor and supplier change requests in terms of contractual requirements and validity of cost estimates.
2.14 Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
2.15 Provide a daily report of site conditions including weather, work scope, force levels, and safety issues.
2.16 Supervise completion of punch-lists, close-out documentation, and demobilize the job site at the completion of a project.
المهارات
Education/Licensure3.1 Technical Institute, Construction Management or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
Professional Experience4.1 Minimum of 8 years of experience in site management role. Should be Aramco experience in one project at least
