Taiba Hospital wants Strategy & CEO Support Senior Manager
Strategy Development Formulation
- Design and drive the process for strategy development or refresh – including the organization of the key meetings, workshops, and joint efforts. Manage the communication with the all the strategy exercise participants, including the Board, Senior management and any external advisor
- Drive the collection of the Board / CEO expectations on Taiba corporate targets and Divisions’ targets. Lead the translation of these expectations into guidelines; communicate the guidelines to different divisions
- Monitor the market dynamics and developments, source and analyze key developments related to market, competitive and regulatory matters to form the baseline of the strategy and planning efforts. Lead the identification of opportunities and threats and implications on the hospital strategy
- Consolidate views, financial studies and forecasts from Taiba Divisions to facilitate the formulation of the AHC corporate strategy
- Support Departments’ Heads in developing their departmental objectives
Business Planning
- Oversee the process for the development of the business plans by leveraging business planning tools and financial models. Oversee the development of yearly financial projections in alignment with the formulated strategy and in accordance with the proposed development projects and investment plans.
- Translate the strategy into operational business plans, strategic initiatives and objectives. Develop project cards for all strategic initiatives with their respective owners
Strategy Communication
- Facilitate the communication of the company’s strategy to the staff and provide inputs as necessary, in order to enable alignment between their work and the strategy
Budgeting Support
- Handover to Finance the Corporate Business plans, Projects and Targets
- Provide adequate support and necessary input to the Finance Department over the budgeting exercise
Scorecard Development Support
- Lead the development of company-wide corporate scorecard and coordinate with the HR Division to cascade to department’s scorecard in coordination with CXOs
- Define appropriate metrics for measuring performance
CEO Support and Monitoring
- Collect, Analyze, filter and present topics of importance to the CEO in an executive manner
- Support in tasks related to the CEO, and provide advice and recommendations on these tasks
- Prepare the CEO for meetings including meeting agenda and reports. Support the CEO after meetings including debriefing sessions, summaries, advisory role on tasks to be done and allocate roles for each. Preparation of agenda points, summarize meetings and next steps to the CEO, and advise on tasks to be done and allocate roles for each
- Monitor the execution of tasks given by the CEO and determine the distribution of roles along the tasks
- Drive the process of the periodic management meetings and populate and present the management presentations, including dashboards
- Review the period reports and follow up with respective data owners to conduct the any additional analysis and Q&A
- Highlight to CEO and management areas of concerns
Special Projects
- Lead Ad hoc projects as directed by the CEO and ensure timely and on-budget execution
- Provide input to teams in complex projects as necessary
