Takns Real Estate Investment Company announces its need to hire a financial manager at the company’s headquarters in Tripoli – Libya, according to the following:
Job Title: Finance Manager
Department: Finance
Direct Manager: General Manger
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Assisting senior management in formulating objectives and drawing up the strategic plan for the company’s financial and accounting policy.
2. Directly supervising the implementation of approved plans, programs and policies related to the financial system, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of implementation.
3. Drawing up policies and setting regulations to control the progress of financial and accounting operations in accordance with international standards and financial laws and regulations. Developing the financial system in line with the company’s strategy and plans, in coordination with senior management.
4. Coordinating and distributing works within the administration and following up on their completion with high quality and on time.
5. Submitting periodic financial reports, making recommendations and necessary observations, and submitting them to the line manager.
6. Direct supervision of the preparation of the estimated budget and final accounts of the company and ensure that they are completed on time.
7. Direct supervision of the preparation of reports on the company’s expenses and revenues, comparing them with the estimated budgets and analyzing deviations.
8. Reviewing contracts and all the company’s obligations before concluding them to determine their financial impact on the company and the method of disbursement.
9. Ensure that the obligations and entitlements of third parties are paid on time, including taxes, customers, salaries, bills, etc., on the specified dates.
10. Preparing invoices due from third parties in favor of the company and following up periodically to collect and transfer them to the company’s bank or treasury accounts.
11. Direct supervision of reviewing the company’s balances in all banks and the treasury and ensuring that there are no discrepancies in the financial records.
12. Assisting auditors and financial controllers by granting financial documents and procedures and responding to their reports when needed.
13. Participation in committees decided by the company’s management, such as inventory committees and others.
14. Carrying out any other work related to his field of work requested by the line manager.

1. Bachelor of Accounting
2 .Prior experience working as a financial manager for at least five years
3.ICDL
4.The ability to plan financially and analyze data
5.Prior experience working on ERP Systems
6.A leading personality and decision maker according to the situation
7.Egyptian Nationality
