Job location: Nasr City
Purchasing Specialist is urgently needed to managing the procurement process, Issue tender specifications booklet, evaluate suppliers’ performance, ensure timely delivery of supplies and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies
Qualifications:
Universty degree in Business or Procurement
At least 4 years Working experience in a similar role.
Excellent command of English language (both oral and written).
Experience of using the Integrated Management System (IMS)/ ERP is an asset.
Ablity to develop efficient procurement solutions
Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
Advanced professional certificate is preferable.

About the Job
• Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to
appropriate staff members, answer phone and route calls as
appropriate
• Regularly update employees’ contact information and
telephone extension list.
• Assist the managing director in all secretarial and admin tasks.
• Handle the daily activities in the company & managing
appointments, meetings & visitors.
• Prepare the official correspondences, letters, memos, Emails &
forms.
• Organize/schedule meetings and appointments and produce
the minutes of meetings.
• Book travel arrangements and handle hotel reservations.
• Organize and maintain the filing system.
• Assists colleagues whenever necessary.
• Maintains general office files, including job files, vendor files,
and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Keeps databases in check and update them regularly.
Job Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office
Representative, or similar role
• Very good in the English Language is a must.
• Competency in Microsoft Suit.
