QUALITY ASSURANCE SECTION HEAD

Plastic Manufacturing Looking for
Quality Assurance section head

Responsibilities

-Direct and supervise the development, implementation, and administration of QA activities in all production phases.
-Monitor and assess the performance of the quality systems, report its effectiveness to management and implement actions for improvement.
-Ensure compliance with the audit programs for internal and external audits for FSSC 22000, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45000:2018.
-Ensure plant compliance to good hygiene practices, good manufacturing practices (GMP’s) and HACCP.
-Drive non-conformity management and verify action plan effectiveness through follow-up of customer complaints about all product categories and ensure implementation of CAPA is communicated back to markets.
-Use continuous improvement methodologies and projects to improve and streamline quality processes.
-Promote quality awareness and ownership across the value chain.
-Follow up on the objectives of departments.
-Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, and sampling and sanitation activities.

Qualifications and Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering with applicable quality certifications.
– 4-6 years of experience overall experience.
-Experience in establishing, reviewing, Maintaining, and monitoring QMS, EMS, and FSMS Standards.
– Excellent command of written and spoken English language.
– Excellent command Ms. Office Applications and Visio is a plus.
– Previous experience in internal audit.
