· University degree in business management, finance or related fields.

· Good knowledge about network elements, and protocols.

Experience:

· 2-4 years of experience for order management
· 0-2 years of experience for project management

Accountabilities:

– Schedule, plan for resources, monitor, control, undertake processing activities and close tasks
– handle end-to-end simple to medium orders
– work orders as required for the efficiency of business needs
– Monitor compatibility between customer requirements/customer information and data shown/filled/updated on system to ensure compliance of information at all times
– Follow-up day-to-day project activities reports/deliverables
