محاســــب عام لشركة مقاولات
أهم المسؤليات :
• تسجيل الحركة المالية لكافة المعاملات على النظام المفعل للشركة
• متابعة حساب الموردين ومقاولى الباطن وذلك باعداد كشف مفصل لكل مقاول / مورد
• تسجيل نفقات المشاريع واصدار التقارير بتكاليف كل مشروع
• القيام بالجرد المفاجئ
• إجراء كافة التسويات المحاسبية
• امساك وصيانة جميع المستندات والدفاتر المالية
• رفع التقارير الاسبوعية والنصف شهرية والشهرية للمدير المالى
• عمل ميزان المراجعة بالشركة
• ايام العمل من السبت للخميس
• مواعيد العمل من 9 ص : 5:30 م
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات فى نفس الوظيفة
• الراتب يحدد حسب الخبرة بعد المقابلة

· · Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
· · Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
· · Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
· · Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
· · Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
· · Provide input into department’s goal setting process
· · Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
· · Assist with tax audits and tax returns
· · Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
· · Plan, assign and review staff’s work
· · Support month-end and year-end close process
· · Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
· · Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
· · Liaise with our Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures
What You’ll Need To Succeed
5-6 years experience
bachelor degree in accounting English section
very good English
Accounting & finance educational background
