Job Description
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
• Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties.
• Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.
• Advise on procedures and financial management as well as developing policies.
• Handle the company transactions, debts and do cash flow forecasting.
• Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial companies is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Experience with other financial systems.
• Excellent Command of English language.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills
