Job Responsibilities:

– Managing the sales process for properties, from initial contact all the way through to closur

-Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and social media (Web-site, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts).

– Developing a full understanding of the business and real estate market-place.

– Identifying specifically the customers’ needs.

– Negotiating contracts with clients and developers.

– Organizing on-site sales visits.

– Attending and representing the company in exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

– Handling new sales leads through CRM and report updates .

– Monitoring Advertisements on different websites
