ViaLighting wants Stock Manager

• Manage warehouse stock
• Receive shipments from Courier, Airfreight & Sea freight
• Accommodate and carefully handle fragile Material
• Check carefully of each shipment and take pictures & video if found any damage or opened boxes / pallets
• Entry of receiving data in inventory and logistics software programs
• Keep update Logistics, Finance, and project team upon receiving shipments.
• Prepare all orders for shipment after getting approval from Finance or Project team
• Arrange delivery note for every single order and keep record of each delivery note
• Manage and store material on their appropriate places
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged stock material.
• Keep eye on fast moving products and inform about low stock level to procurement team

– Speaking Arabic/English

-Experience in ORACLE

– Must have transferable Iqama
