Job Description:
1. Build an outreach and onboarding plan to onboard and activate key partners in Saudi Arabia
2. Support partners to identify and develop the right content strategy
3. Manage growth plan for each partner that supports their key seasons and top published programs
4. Initiate collaborative projects that engage the platforms creator’s community
5. Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross functional collaboration（internal and externally）
6. Monitor, Measure / analyze performance and trends and recommend iterations on account.

Person Specification:
1. 3-5 Years experience in event management, broadcast operations, or content management
2. Great knowledge of the local and international sports landscape
3. Experience in social media management, event coverage, and content optimization.
4. Good understanding of the Saudi Culture and creator community landscape
5. Great communication skills in both English and Arabic
6. Ability to maintain focus on the goals and build professional relationships in line with the company’s culture and values
7. Ability to work within a team with a collaborative and supportive spirit.
8. Ability to create presentations that tell the story of the company
