Undertake the whole company’s design requirement of video and graphic for all dept.
(1) MKT: Motion Graphic/Animations and video editing for product videos/TVC and brand Banners
(2) Retail: video for Training, graphic for POSM
(3) HR: Video and graphic for Team building, Motivation, Hero story
(4) GTM：product profile introduction, product comparison video.

OKTO is looking for a Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience in creating engaging and on-brand graphics. The ideal candidate will be working closely with Product and Marketing teams to implement the UI for various channels and he/she will focus on high-level user experience, pixel-perfect results and cross-platform delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Create original graphic designs (e.g. illustrations, logos, images, sketches and tables)
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images layouts for each graphic
Maintain graphics’ quality across various media and ensure they are in line with brand guidelines.
Research new client-side technologies and constantly be aware of latest trends on design
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
BS Degree in graphic design or related field
Innovative design thinking, ideally shown across various devices, formats and channels (desktop, mobile, social media channels, google display ads, print)
Proficiency in Photoshop, illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, CSS animations)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically, in multiple projects and meet deadlines
MS Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Content creation for product purposes is a plus
