Job purpose: To build and maintain a high-performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives
Residence: Giza, Alex, Assuit, Sohag
Age: 28: 33 Years.
Minimum education: University degree in Vet medicine Pharmacy or Science
Desirable Education: Management / MKT courses
Preferred Experience: Gynecology Urology & orthopedics specialty
Therapeutic Area: Hyperuricemia, BPH, Anti-ineffective, Iron & Calcium Supplement Multivitamins
Ideal experience: 1: 3 years’ Experience in similar position in another National/Multi-national Company.
Major Accountabilities:
Achieve assigned sales objectives and prescription targets for core products by Individual territory and region.
Develop a regional action plan to optimize field force performance aligned with Overall Company plan.
Monitor and control District / regional, sales and expense budgets.
Manage field force productivity according to SFE Plan:” days in the field, average number calls/representative/day, targeting and frequency”.
Ensure regular updating of customer’s lists and the required information.
Enhance customer service and establish a good relationship with key customers and opinion leaders.
Coach, motivate and develop the field force to continually improve performance.
Analysis of territorial sales and market information and implementation of Corrective measures whenever needed.

Ensure regular entry & fulfillment of call reports and high quality targeting information and into The SalesForce effectiveness System.
Analyze “Sales Reports” derived information and fit outcome into an action plan/share with other 2nd line managers.
Stimulate and develop activities (other than individual detailing) that support relationship building and drive sales of allocated company products.
