JOB PURPOSE:

To manage the sales of certain units and administrate marketing and business development functions related to these units to deliver a comprehensive service that meets the business objectives and goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)       Analyze business potential, conceptualize and execute strategies to drive sales, augmented turnover and generate desired targets.

2)       Managing the sales team and handling the listings & sales of residential & commercial units in all scales.

3)       Providing direction and coaching to the team members with high morale and team spirit to maintain productivity by communicating business goals and objectives. This includes financial performance, control of costs, performance of people, and the delivery of world class customer service.

4)       Leading all business development and marketing activities in relation to our portfolio of listings. This includes high class presentation skills that will sell Tibiaan’s concepts and business plans.

5)       Coordinating with other relevant departments to ensure the facilities and service levels are exceptional at all times.

6)       Responsible for the acquisition of new clients (listings) and expanding the relationship, by consistently interacting and networking with key influencers, developers and stakeholder.

7)       Working on client expansion leads and renewals of existing client contracts.

8)       Identifying new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities. 

9)       Devise innovative marketing strategies and promotional programs for maximum market coverage.

10)   Defining and implementing profit-oriented sales and marketing strategies for selling of properties.

11)   Being updated about market trends, competitor activities, business opportunities and product improvements by plotting client requirements against real estate solutions.

12)   Identifying existing gaps and crafting solutions to develop new business leads and enhance the revenue stream.

JOB CHALLENGES:

4)       Achieving the business targets set by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1)       Extensive experience in real estate brokerage or a sales-oriented position for at least 7 years.

2)       Proficiency in English with excellent negotiation and convincing skills.

3)       Independent and self-starter.

4)       Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and presentations that illustrate KPIs.

5)       Handles highly pressurized working environments in an accurate and an efficient manner.
