2- خبرة من 12 الى 15 سنة فى مجال الإدارة المالية
3- منهم سنة على الأقل فى وظيفة مدير مالى
4- يشترط الخبرة بشركات المقاولات والإستثمار العقارى.

OR HEAD NURSE

#OR_Head_Nurse
Cleopatra Hospitals Group (CHG) is Egypt’s largest private hospital group by a number of hospital beds and number of operating hospitals, Established in 2014 and listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange in 2016.
Cleopatra Hospitals Group currently operates six of the nation’s leading hospitals alongside two newly inaugurated polyclinics, encompassing 779 total beds and over 50 specialties with over 1,500 resident doctors and consultants and 900 nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains OR and hospital policies at all times.
• Responsible for the custody and care of narcotics from 08:00 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. (or end of shift) and hand over to the most senior nurse prior to leaving OR.
• Evaluate the process in OR by coordinating between the circulating nurses and scrub nurses.
• Responsible for making sure the instruments are kept in a good condition by coordinating with the CSSD team.
• Receive and check the equipments to and from the Bio-med department.
• Liaise with recovery room receiving and transferring patients to and from the floors.
• Participate in mentoring new staff during the probation period.
• Assist O.R manager in doing performance appraisals for probation and yearly performance appraisals.
• Assist in counseling staff with the collaboration of the education team.
• Prepare training plan of OR staff with the collaboration of the education team. • Keep training records of all the staff in OR.
• Liaise with stores regarding supplies and all consumables.
• Oversee the process of charging all consumables and equipment.
• Maintain unit records of clinical and other data and submit reports to OR manager.
• Maintain accurate records of Surgery Statistics for discussion in OR users’ meetings.
• Keep accurate attendance records for surgeons.
• Act as a manager in the absence of OR manager.
• Apply international patient safety goals accurately.
• Commitment to JCI requirement.
• Be familiar with the most common policies and procedures.
• Evaluate patients with a potential for intra-operative and post-operative risks.
• Monitor the progress of procedures in OR rooms.
• Monitor and document all emergency procedures including emergency blood transfusions.
• Ensure correct documentation of surgical procedures in the intra-operative record.
• Ensure correct protocols are followed when counting instruments (Part of OR Risk Management) to prevent errors.
• Ensure all Consent forms are correct prior to put the patient under anesthesia or giving sedation.
Qualification, and Skills Requirements:
• Nursing Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as Head Nurse
• 4- 6 years of progressively responsible experience in Nursing
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with subordinates and senior management.
