Summary:
This role will focus on maximizing revenue coming into Connect ads from Media agencies and direct clients by delivering best in class performance expertise and enhancing client performance on Twitter to achieve a sustainable win-win approach.

Roles and Responsibilities
– Lead on operations of all performance clients
– Set up, Optimize and Report campaigns on Twitter
– Manage the partner deliveries (campaign set up, optimizations, reporting..)
– Monitor key clients performance campaigns and advise on necessary optimizations
– Present performance product improvements, updates & general offering to agencies and direct clients
– Support clients and agencies with all performance related requirements & questions
– Lead tracking & event implementation support with performance clients

Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in client relationship management and social media
Experience managing performance campaigns
Experience delivering on digital media performance KPIs
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Proficient in English & Arabic

About Job:
1. Plans and implements Company–wide network connectivity and security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file systems integrity, and provisioning of computers & computer accounts.
2. Responsible for testing, development and implementation of the Active Directory Company Security Policies to protect the Company Desktops/Laptops equipment and information.
3. Manages and maintain the Company Infrastructure equipment configuration/performance (servers, routers, switches, firewalls,..) to ensure the protection of the Company’s’ systems and information .
4. Maintain and administrate the Company Wide Area Network to provide the employees with a secure and reliable access to the Business and IT applications and implement preventive measures to maximize the availability and enhance the performance of the network.
5. Troubleshoots and solves all technical problems related to the network, while also maintaining and ensuring their efficient on-going functionality. Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
6. Continuous monitoring for the IT Infrastructure operational cost and recommends new ideas to increase the productivity of the IT Infrastructure environment.
7. Responsible for the Company Server Rooms maintenance, administration and security and all servers/equipment hosted/operated in these rooms.
8. Supervises the installation of the cabling and network infrastructure systems for the Company.
9. Maintains Company IT Infrastructure operations SLA agreements for the Company.
Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, computer science, or a related field.
2. CCNA, CCIE, CCNP Certifications are desirable.
3. 10–15 years of experience in networking, security, risk management and technology jobs.
4. Deep experience in networking, routing and switching (FortiGate – Aruba – Cisco)
5. In depth knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
6. Good working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems and basic computer hardware components.
7. Good understanding of ITIL practices.
8. Excellent communication and Problem-Solving skills
