Vacancy: Budgeting, Planning & Controls Supervisor
Department: Finance

Part of the duties/responsibilities:
-Prepare full year budget in cooperation with relative stakeholders to meet both departments’ requirements and shareholders’ guidelines, using Financial Modeling.
-Monitor the actual and the Budgeted figures closely and prepare full year projections / forecast based on actual figures when needed along with corrective actions.
-Prepare monthly and quarterly department performance communicating with departments, asset managers and project managers actual performance against the budgeted.
-Monitoring of cash flow activities and investigate variances to assist Finance in maintaining cash position.

Requirements:
-5-7 years of Budgeting experience.
-Experience in the finance department is not enough must posses budgeting experience.

“Site Electrical Lead supervisor” is required for a Multinational Wind Turbines company.
Job Description:
– Supervise installation of HV equipment and commissioning substation.
– Supervise installation of MV cables and commissioning of collector system.
– Preparing reports: Daily, weekly and monthly reports with the follow up of the different activities
– Assistance to SPM on Client’s/Subcontractor’s variations and negotiations for Electrical BOP issues
– Support to Project Management on EPC Contract execution phase on Engineering and Construction
– Local BOP input and Feed Back on Request for Quotation Packages for Subcontractors, Technical Proposals for Clients and Technical Specifications.
Requirements:
– BSc degree in Electrical Engineering
– 7-10 years’ experience in substations, electrical engineering and construction preferable in the Wind Energy and/or Substation
– Other experiences such as transmission lines construction/engineering will be valued.
– Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
– AutoCAD
