Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for Generate and build a new lead, influencing existing or potential customers to buy solutions or services.

Responsibilities

• Generate and build new lead using Internet, directories, contacts and other sources of information.
• Reaching the decision makers and get connected with them
• Evaluating the leads that come from in-bound calls from prospect customers And Registering all Leads in CRM
• Follow developed cold selling strategy, cold sell using the phone aiming at identifying prospects who could benefit from company solutions, explain products,
• sending to them company profile and following up for determine a meeting.
• Report in defined format to sales team manager.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements 
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how solutions and services meet their needs
• Record the customer’s information and all Leads in CRM

Education and Experience Required

• 4+ years’ experience in Telemarketer (FMCG / Banking / General Enterprise) 
• 4+ years’ experience in IT Solutions (Enterprise Mobility will be a plus!)
• ICT knowledge is Must
• Proven track record as telemarketer (Sales Force app, CRM & MDM)
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud products Azure, Amazon, 
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Persistent and results-oriented
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, other language is a plus

University or Bachelor’s degree.
