Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for Generate and build a new lead, influencing existing or potential customers to buy solutions or services.
Responsibilities
- Generate and build new lead using Internet, directories, contacts and other sources of information.
- Reaching the decision makers and get connected with them
- Evaluating the leads that come from in-bound calls from prospect customers And Registering all Leads in CRM
- Follow developed cold selling strategy, cold sell using the phone aiming at identifying prospects who could benefit from company solutions, explain products,
- sending to them company profile and following up for determine a meeting.
- Report in defined format to sales team manager.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how solutions and services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s information and all Leads in CRM

Education and Experience Required
- 4+ years’ experience in Telemarketer (FMCG / Banking / General Enterprise)
- 4+ years’ experience in IT Solutions (Enterprise Mobility will be a plus!)
- ICT knowledge is Must
- Proven track record as telemarketer (Sales Force app, CRM & MDM)
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud products Azure, Amazon,
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, other language is a plus
University or Bachelor’s degree.
