Responsibilities: –

• Execution of all Mechanical Works: Construction of HVAC System, Plumbing System, Fire Fighting System,
• Execution of Medical Gas Systems, Boiler, R.O. plant, Pump Room (Equipment, Piping & Accessories).
• Responsible for Execution of all HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and allied Mechanical systems, Comprising of Chillers (Trane, York, Carrier), AHU, Package Units, CRAC Units, Chilled water Pumps, Steam Boilers, Laundry & Kitchen Equipment’s and Medical Equipment’s, Swimming pool, R.O.treatment plant, gray water treatment plant
• Installation of Medical Gas pipes related to Nitrous oxide and oxygen, Medical Air, Vacuum & Scavenging system with their plants
• Obtain quotations from suppliers. Evaluate offers and prepare comparative statements.
• Check and prepare Material Submittals in conjunction with the Manager.
• Prepare & Maintain the Materials Submittal Flow sheet.
• Preparing the shop drawing and coordination drawings for HVAC and Plumbing & firefighting Systems and getting approvals from consultants.
• Provide engineering inputs and support to the Draughtsman in the preparation of the Shop Drawings.
• Review comments received from the Consultant on Material Submittals and Shop Drawings.
• Execution of Kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, kitchen Hood & Steam boiler
• Take-off material quantities from the approved design & shop drawings and prepare Material Request as per approved material submittal.
• Ensure that all materials are ordered in time so that progress on site is not interrupted or delayed.
• Plan labor requirements based on the construction program and provided requirements to the Project Manager.
• Attend scheduled meetings as advised by the Project Manager with other parties i.e., Client, Consultant, Sub Contractor, Authorities etc.
• Plan, prepare and document Testing and Commissioning Plans and supervise all related commissioning activities.
• Responsible for monitoring, guiding, and evaluating Site Engineers, Supervisory, Foremen, work allocation and execution on daily basis.
• Preparation of Invoices for Mechanical Work Executed on Site by the subcontractors.
• Carry out commissioning of chillers, chilled water pumps, Air handling unit, fan coil unit. Package unit, concealed unit, split unit.
• Carry out water Balance and air balancing as per Approved sub contactor.

• Conduct regular inspection and development of existing mechanical systems by following appropriate guidelines.
• Adhere to a defined schedule for completing assigned tasks with full efficiency.
• Develop in-depth progress reports that include all the relevant information on tasks and the timeline of an ongoing project.
• Understand the common safety requirements of a design and assess all relevant parameters to meet the standards.
• Utilize relevant measurement tools and techniques to gauge the performance of mechanical systems and machines.
• Assess the project’s scope along with its estimated expenditure and resource requirements.

Qualification: –

• Bachelor’s degree mechanical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Microsoft Applications: Microsoft Word, Excel & AutoCAD, HAP 4.9
• Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering related to construction Industry.
• Experience in high rise project and hotel project or palace will be given preference.
• Proper coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical System Installation, testing, and commissioning skills.
• Expertise in working on design, production, quality control, manufacturing, planning, or CAD projects.
• Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools.
• Adept at understanding the utility of international, national, and local standards to promote ease in interchangeability.
• Good understanding of computational mathematics with a strong command of analytical skills.
• Passionate problem solver with a keen interest in utilizing appropriate technical knowledge.
