We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals in order to submit them for the customer. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience is a must.
  • English language is a must.
  • Report updates about leads on the ERP system on daily basis.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of financial proposals/documents.
  • Handling the Sales Cycle starting from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
  • Build and manage opportunity model and pipeline.
  • Timely and accurately reporting for pipeline and forecast.
  • Prepare weekly sales report, pipeline/Forecast for SRM.
  • Manage, track and steer joint plan on quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in Sales for IT products & solutions companies.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office) specially Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.
  • Having IT/communication sales experience is must.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
