Job Description
ASE Group is seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator with 1-3 years of marketing experience and a strong background in communications and social media.
The Marketing Coordinator will be handling all internal and external marketing and communication efforts for the company with its different stakeholders, including clients, aviation associations, and employees, while proactively managing any unexpected issues by devising innovative solutions.
We are looking for a driven, action-oriented, reliable, and creative individual eager to build their professional network and create strong working relationships while traveling the world, representing ASE Group at its numerous locations.

Responsibilities
– supporting the development of ASE’s marketing strategy and execution plan in line with its business objectives and set marketing budget.
– designing and systematically planning and managing the implementation of marketing activities.
– creating strong marketing material including multilingual company profiles, brochures, newsletters, etc.
– managing ASE Group’s social media channels.
– implementing standards and guidelines on all communication material in line with the corporate identity manual to ensure a consistent corporate image.
-cooperating and consulting with ASE’s employees to ensure consistent and accurate communication with stakeholders.
– updating website content and design.
– event preparations and travel planning.
– leading the orientation for onboarding new team members.
– coordinating with external service providers in marketing related activities (agencies, production houses, event planners, photographers, etc.)

Qualifications and Competencies
– University degree (BSc) in marketing/communications
– Prior work experience in marketing and working with budgets and forecasting
– Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to write and edit material for diverse target groups and different channels
– Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
– Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, graphic design (Adobe InDesign or Photoshop)
