Educational Requirements:
BSC of a commercial or similar
Previous experience:
- 6– 10 years experience in the areas of Sales
- Administration, Supply Chain and Production
- Planning
Skills and Competencies Requires:
Essential:
- Working knowledge in the following fields: business principles, communication with the customers, production practice, English language substantial Vocabulary and grammar.
- Confidentiality: Must be able to handle and safeguard sensitive and proprietary information in a confidential manner.
- Computer skills – PC user (Windows; Word, Excel, Internet).
- English Language

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages and monitors the above functions to ensure that the work performed is being carried
out on a timely basis, in a manner and at a level suitable to ensure the continuous operation of
production and sales to satisfactorily meet customer demands at minimum cost to business for
the Business.
- Act as a key person to maintain daily contacts with customers; responsible for identifying and prompt resolving of issues in the relationship with them.
- Ensures effective flow of information through use of and promotion of automated planning
cycles, weekly meetings and monthly consumption analysis, forecasting, budgeting and KPI analysis
- Getting Customer approval of designs, colour standards and product standards.
- Act as a key person to maintain daily contacts with customers; responsible for identifying and prompt resolving of issues in the relationship with them.
- Enter the details of prices for customers into SAP; responsible for updating such databases.
- Controls on regular basis stock balances at the warehouse (slow/non movers), returnable
Packaging materials turnover. Ensures proper communication to all involved departments.
- Continuously maintains and manages relationships with external business partners and internal interlinked functions to make sure that all matters are handled at a high professional level, in order to maintain the favourable image of the company.
- Communicates with Master Data team and IT department to ensure that SAP meets the

- Fulfils other specific assignments as requested by management in Egypt.
- Has knowledge about and apply principals of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
- Should follow the definite ethic rules, should be professional in his field, should be skilled for the successful performance of his job.
- Supervision of customer stock balance
- Coordinate in Developing Clients new Contracts.
- Supervision of Customer due payments
- Customer Visits, follow up on Forecast, complaints
- Participate in negotiations with customers as necessary.
- Ensures effective communication with hauliers, external warehouse providers in Cairo.
- Controls transport, warehousing and packaging budgets for commercial Department.
- Invests considerable time in development of personnel, delegation and control. Leading a Committee (Bridging the gap) consist of SC, Finance, Quality, CTS to reduce the cost i.e Packaging, Logistics
