الوصف الوظيفي
- Providing application and technical support for new and existing software systems.
- Testing and quality assurance during implementation and ongoing use of new and current software systems.
- Providing training for all staff on all software systems.
- Creating SQL Server queries and stored procedures to extract data.
- Responsible for the installation, setup, and maintenance of all software
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in information technology dealing with applications support and end-user training (hospital experience is preferable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers on technical and business issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and understand the prioritization of deliverables.
- Basic understanding of SQL query writing and navigating relational databases.
- Experience with networking and troubleshooting hardware is a plus.
