Job Summary:
The sales executive is responsible to ensure customers know someone’s available to help if they need anything from answering product questions to showing them a product that meets their needs. The sales representative is responsible for maintaining the store’s cleanliness and organized appearance, restocking items, and of course managing sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items and provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing…)
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
Cross-sell products, upsell when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, etc.
- Coordinate with the Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Keep the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
- Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts.
- Handle customer complains in a calm and professional manner.
- Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor.
- Provide customer feedback to the assigned supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies:
- Clearly and effectively communicate with customers
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick and effective problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience at ABC Dbayeh is a plus.
Language Skills:
- Strong command of English French – Arabic languages
